Bilingual Route Delivery Specialist — Box Truck & Warehouse Support

Compensation: $25.00/hour

Hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (extended hours may be assigned)

Role Overview

Serve as a dependable driver and hands-on team member. You will deliver products using a company box truck or cargo van and, when routes are not scheduled, assist with warehouse operations including unloading containers and moving freight.

Core Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-owned box truck or cargo van to complete deliveries.
• Comply with all traffic regulations, safety policies, and delivery instructions.
• Load/unload freight with a liftgate; ensure proper load securement.
• Return company vehicle, equipment, and devices upon route completion.
• Promptly report vehicle issues, incidents, and customer concerns.
• Perform warehouse tasks when not driving: unload containers, move boxes, and support team workflow.
• Routinely handle boxes averaging 50 lbs; maintain safe lifting practices.
• Follow assigned schedules and meal break times.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license; no CDL required.
• Ability to operate a liftgate and related delivery tools.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy products consistently.
• Dependable, safety-focused, and team-oriented.
• Effective communicator; bilingual ability is advantageous for customer interactions.

Work Environment

Combination driving and warehouse role with frequent physical activity and heavy lifting.
