What You'll Do
- Support Lead Teachers with daily classroom routines and learning activities
- Assist with meals, diapering, toileting, transitions, and outdoor play
- Encourage children's social, emotional, language, and cognitive development through hands-on activities
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Follow all Michigan childcare licensing regulations and center policies
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Previous childcare, daycare, or preschool experience preferred
- CDA or Early Childhood Education coursework is a plus
- Reliable, patient, and team-oriented
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred
