About the RoleAt Courtyard Village Raleigh Hills, dining is more than a meal — it’s a meaningful part of each resident’s day. As a Dining Room Server, you’ll be a familiar, friendly face who takes orders, delivers food with care, and creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for the residents and guests who count on you. If you love people and take pride in genuine hospitality, this role is a great fit.
What You’ll Do• Welcome residents and guests. Greet diners warmly, take food and beverage orders, and deliver drinks promptly and meals as soon as they’re ready.
• Deliver a great dining experience. Check in with residents after food is served, address any concerns, and make sure every meal meets their expectations.
• Keep the dining room polished. Assist with setup and cleanup after each meal, including wiping tables and chairs, vacuuming, restocking, and maintaining a clean coffee and juice bar.
• Support special events. Assist with service for community and special events as needed.
• Stay prepared and compliant. Follow state health codes, community standards, and food safety procedures at all times.
What We’re Looking For• A warm, patient, and professional demeanor — you genuinely enjoy serving others
• Previous food service experience preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person
• Ability to stay on your feet and move quickly throughout a busy dining room
• Reliable, punctual, and a true team player
• Current Food Handler’s Permit (or ability to obtain one, if required by your state)
• Comfortable working weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule
• Genuine interest in working with and around older adults
