Personal Injury Legal Assistant

A Charleston Plaintiffs Law Firm seeks a qualified personal injury legal assistant that can step into an active case load.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proactive with case load
• Strong work ethic
• Experience requesting case reports and records
• Exceptional time management skills
• Able to prioritize caseload and daily tasks
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Posses exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office
• Communicate with clients on a daily basis
• Exceptional organizational skills
• Detail and deadline oriented
• Able to multitask and thrive in a high pressure atmosphere
• Work well in a team setting and have a team player attitude
• Able to take direction from others well
• Comply with law firm standards and expectations of case management
• Client interaction
• Experience with personal Injury law (auto wrecks; dog bites; s/f; etc...)
• Workers Compensation is a plus
• Bilingual Spanish a plus
