Weekend Receptionist (Saturday and Sunday) - PART_TIME
Job Summary:
Avir at Grapevine is seeking a reliable and friendly Weekend Receptionist to join our team! As a Receptionist, you will provide exceptional customer service to our residents, visitors, vendors, and staff on weekends. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for consistent weekend hours with the possibility of additional weekday shifts.
Responsibilities:
Greet residents, visitors, vendors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Assist visitors with sign-in and general questions
Provide basic clerical and administrative support
Maintain a professional and organized front desk/reception area
Communicate effectively with facility staff and leadership
Assist with other front-office duties as assigned
Requirements:
Reliable and punctual - weekend availability is a must
Friendly, welcoming, and professional
Comfortable answering phones and interacting with the public
Organized and able to multitask
Able to communicate professionally with residents, families, staff, and visitors
Comfortable working independently when needed
Schedule:
Saturday & Sunday ONLY
8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
There may also be opportunities to pick up additional hours during the week as needed
