About the Role:
As a Social Services Assistant at Pearl Pointe, you will:
Provide emotional support and companionship to our residents, fostering a sense of community and belonging
Assist with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, and hygiene, while promoting independence and autonomy
Coordinate and facilitate activities, outings, and social events to enhance the quality of life for our residents
Maintain accurate records and documentation of resident care and services
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Provide daily reporting and documentation of resident needs and concerns

Requirements:
