Responsibilities
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with a dedicated portfolio of clients throughout the Cumberland area.
Conduct thorough insurance coverage audits to identify gaps and offer tailored risk management solutions.
Negotiate policy terms and pricing directly with multiple carriers to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.
Collaborate with the broader office staff to streamline renewal processes and improve client retention.
Represent The Atlantic District at community events and local professional gatherings to expand our firm's footprint.
Stay updated on evolving legislative changes and market trends that impact our local insurance landscape.
Requirements
Active Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License in Rhode Island.
Minimum of five years of experience managing a diverse book of commercial and personal insurance business.
Advanced knowledge of underwriting guidelines and regional risk assessment.
Strong command of agency management systems and digital rating platforms.
Professional certification such as CIC or CPCU preferred.
Demonstrated ability to mentor junior staff and contribute to office strategy.
