Responsibilities
- Respond to customer calls and inquiries
- Schedule and coordinate service requests
- Dispatch assignments to field teams
- Update customer and scheduling records

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 0–1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication skills
- Basic computer skills
