CBMS Associate Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in commercial real estate finance litigation

- Demonstrated ability to handle a wide variety of discovery projects, including drafting requests, responses, and managing document productions.

- Experience with commercial real estate finance documentation such as loan agreements, security documents, promissory notes.

- Bankruptcy litigation a plus

- Excellent academic credentials from a top 100 law school and bar admission in jurisdiction of practice
