$75,000 - $150,000+ commission based

Responsibilities:

• Meet with motivated home buyers and guide them through the purchase process
• Help clients identify homes that match their needs and budget
• Maintain consistent communication using CRM systems
• Follow proven systems to convert appointments into closed deals
• Host open houses with provided leads and traffic
• Deliver exceptional service that generates referrals and repeat business
• Stay organized with scheduling, pipeline, and follow-up
• Participate in weekly training and team coaching

Qualifications:

• Active Virginia Real Estate License (required)
• Full-time availability and commitment to real estate sales
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Coachable, driven, and results-focused
• Comfortable using technology and CRM tools
• Positive, team-oriented mindset
• Sales experience is a plus but not required
