This is not a "seat-filler" position. We need a skilled operator who can run a blade, hold grade, work with the crew, and help finish jobs the right way.What You'll Be RunningYou'll operate a CAT M-Series motor grader on civil construction projects, performing fine grading, finish work, and production support.
