As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you'll be at the heart of ABA therapy, working one-on-one with children across clinic, home, and school settings to implement behavior plans that truly make a difference. Location: Tampa, FL area (Lowry Park North area) — clinic, home, and school-based cases

Pay: Hourly, based on experience (DOE)

Full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or willing to obtain certification
  • Ability to work across clinic, home, and/or school settings as needed
  • Reliable transportation (for home and school-based cases)


Responsibilities:

  • Work under the guidance of a BCBA to implement behavior reduction and social skill programs (ABLLS-R, AFLS, etc.)
  • Conduct caregiver training and provide performance feedback
  • Assist in entering and graphing data
  • Maintain RBT certification per BACB guidelines
