Join the team at the Property Owners Association of Hilltop Lakes as a Pool Attendant in the beautiful community of Hilltop Lakes, TX! This is a fantastic opportunity to work outdoors, engage with a friendly community, and help ensure a safe and enjoyable aquatic experience for all residents and guests.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor pool area to ensure the safety and well-being of all swimmers and guests
- Enforce pool rules and community guidelines in a courteous and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the pool deck, restrooms, and surrounding facilities
- Test and record water chemistry levels and report any maintenance concerns
- Assist guests with questions and provide excellent customer service to community members
- Set up and organize pool furniture, equipment, and amenities daily
- Report incidents, accidents, or safety hazards to management promptly
- Prior experience in a pool, aquatic facility, or customer-facing outdoor environment preferred
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work outdoors in warm weather conditions for extended periods
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible seasonal hours
