Develop and execute strategic plans to acquire new clients within the local Biddeford community and beyond.
Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to ensure our clients have the protection they actually need for their unique lives.
Coach and mentor junior sales staff to elevate the overall performance of the agency.
Foster strong relationships with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure the best possible terms for our policyholders.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation meets industry compliance standards.
Participate in local networking events to represent the agency and build lasting professional connections.
Active Maine Property and Casualty Insurance Producer License.
Minimum of three years experience in an independent agency environment.
Deep understanding of personal lines and commercial insurance products.
Expertise in navigating insurance rating software and agency management systems.
Proven ability to manage and grow an existing book of business.
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field is a plus.
Familiarity with the Maine insurance market and local regulations.
