Responsibilities

Develop personalized insurance strategies that address the specific risk profiles of local individuals and business owners.

Engage in ongoing, meaningful conversations with clients to ensure their coverage remains relevant as their lives evolve.

Review existing policies with a critical eye to identify coverage gaps or opportunities for better protection.

Participate in local community events in Arlington to deepen our neighborhood presence and build authentic connections.

Collaborate with the broader office staff to streamline the onboarding process for new policyholders.

Document all client interactions accurately to ensure our records reflect the high quality of service we promise.

Requirements

Active Virginia Property Casualty License.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.

Deep understanding of the local Virginia insurance market and regulatory landscape.

Strong comfort level with consultative selling techniques.

High level of proficiency with agency management software and digital document systems.

Previous experience working in a boutique agency setting is a significant plus.
