As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in our team, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that supports skill development, independence, and everyday skills.
About the Role
As an RBT at Amaze ABA Therapy - Georgia, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, following individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA. You will provide structured, hands-on therapy sessions that promote skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and encourage positive daily routines.
Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy sessions to children diagnosed with autism
Follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA
Support skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and encourage positive daily routines
Collect accurate data on progress and communicate with the clinical team
Collaborate with the supervising BCBA and other clinical staff to ensure consistent, high-quality support
