CLIENT'S AVAILABLE SCHEDULE M-F either 8am - 4pm or 10am - 6pm SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITYThis opportunity involves providing in-home and community-based behavioral health services to youth with IDD Dioagnosis. Services are primarily delivered in Princeton, Middlesex, Warren, Burlington County, Somerset and other counties. Key Responsibilities Include:* Provides in-home and community-based outreach services to assigned youth.* Assists in the creation and implementation of individualized behavioral interventions.* Maintains a caseload and delivers consistent case management support.* Completes timely, accurate documentation, including progress notes and care plans.* Participates in the development and monitoring of Individualized Service Plans (ISPs).* Facilitates skills-focused sessions and therapeutic activities for youth and families.* Conducts outreach to re-engage families and youth who miss scheduled appointments.* Collaborates with multidisciplinary team members and external service providers.* Builds and maintains community relationships to enhance service linkage and referrals.CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE* Must have a degree in a related field like Psychology, ABA or related field * Must have RBT Cert * Background Check* Must meet the License(s) requirement* Experience with adolescent population (Preferred)DTG'S ADVANTAGES* Establish a relationship with one of the nation's largest referral agencies for educational and behavioral-health. * Compensated processed weekly* Increase or decrease your schedule at your discretion: choose opportunities that best fit your schedule* Ability to grow professionally* Access to a broad array of client opportunities
