ABOUT THE POSITION:It's essential that you possess the knowledge, ability, and understanding of many aspects of construction and safety practices.You'll have the opportunity to represent Fleming Complete directly with our clients.Your Superintendent responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Travel throughout the Phoenix Metro Area Daily opening and closing of construction siteDaily photos reflecting progress of project Daily Report completion and electronic submissionDaily application of construction principlesOversee construction project from start to finishMaintain and enforce job safety to comply with Company and OSHA safety standardsEnsure subcontractors are fully executing and complying with scope of work, document, and write-up and communicate any concerns or violationsIdentify work deficiencies, provide and enforce solutionsProfessional, follow through with actions and commitmentsEnsure quality, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness Complete work in a timely manner. Perform duties at multiple job sites simultaneouslyJOB TYPE:Full time, Direct Hire, SalaryHOURS:Monday – Friday 6am – 4pm, some nights, some weekendsBASIC QUALIFICATIONS:4 years' experience in construction trades4 years' experience as SuperintendentAbility to work in the United States without sponsorship Ability to work in various temperatures and environments Able to work independently Capable of lifting 50 lbs Comfortable and capable of clear courteous verbal and written communications with customersCurrent valid Arizona Driver's License with a clean driving recordDetail orientedHigh level of integrityHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED)OSHA30 preferredPractices diligence with a sense of urgencySelf-motivatedSound judgement and critical thinkingLanguage: English, bilingual a plusSALARY:Based on experienceBENEFITS:401K Company vehicle EAP Program Medical, Dental, Vision Benefits Paid Personal Sick TimePaid Vacation Professional Development and Training
