Tax Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client accounts and build lasting relationships.
• Develop tax strategies and conduct complex research.
• Oversee IRS, state, and local tax audits and correspondence.
• Review corporate, partnership, and individual tax returns.
• Mentor and develop staff in a collaborative team environment.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for additional services.
• Represent the firm in professional and networking organizations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting; MST preferred.
• CPA license required.
• Minimum of six (6) years of tax experience.
• Strong communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced setting.
