Yes ABA Therapy is seeking a dedicated and compassionate **Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)** to join our team in Bethesda, MD, USA. As an integral part of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with our clinicians to provide evidence-based ABA programs for children with autism and other developmental disabilities. **About the Role**

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be responsible for implementing behavioral treatment plans, collecting and recording data, and providing support to families. You will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver high-quality services to our clients. **Responsibilities**

* Implement behavioral treatment plans, including discrete trial training, natural environment training, and other ABA techniques
* Collect and record data on client progress, including behavioral and skill-building data
* Provide support to families, including coaching and training on behavioral strategies and techniques
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including BCBA, speech therapists, and occupational therapists
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients, families, and colleagues
* Maintain accurate and detailed records of client sessions, progress, and treatment plans
