Domino's Team BAM! is looking for a talented General Manager with proven restaurant leadership skills to run our store efficiently, take care of our customers, and support our team members!

Responsibilities:
%CF; Manage Store Operations and Drive Results - Including, but not limited to: cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
%CF; Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members
%CF; Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety
%CF; Provide Best in Class Customer Service
%CF; Increase Sales and Profit Potential

%CF; Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required)
%CF; Customer Service experience (required)
%CF; Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred)
%CF; Valid driver's license (required)
%CF; High School education or equivalent
%CF; Ability to lead by example and ensure accountability from a team
%CF; Problem-solving, Decision-making, & Conflict-resolution skills
%CF; Ability to work as a part of a team to achieve a common goal
%CF; Experience managing a P&L, food cost, and labor
%CF; Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly
%CF; Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills
