Do you like seeing a plan come together as interiors are safely taken down to the studs? Are you the teammate who double‑checks safety, reads a tape measure without thinking, and keeps your tools in top shape? If so, you’ll feel at home on our demolition crew.

What Will You Do?
  • Help deconstruct interiors in both residential and commercial settings.
  • Confidently run hand and power tools while following safe operating procedures.
  • Collect, sort, and dispose of debris; handle hazardous materials in full compliance.
  • Set up barriers and clear signage so the site stays controlled and safe.
  • Partner with your crew to meet deadlines and protect the budget.
  • Live by safety protocols and contribute to a clean, orderly job site.
  • Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment to keep work moving.
  • Speak up fast about hazards or equipment issues to your supervisor.
What Do You Need?
  • Prior demolition/construction experience helps but isn’t required.
  • Physical strength and stamina to lift heavy materials and work on your feet.
  • Working knowledge of construction safety rules and regulations.
  • Teamwork mindset and clear communication.
  • Comfort working in hot, cold, or wet conditions as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license (required).
  • High school diploma or GED (preferred).
