Job SummaryHireFrontier is hiring a creative, culturally-tuned Social Media & Employer Brand Specialist to lead always-on content and strategy across our channels, strengthening our employer brand while supporting the Digital Marketing Lead on recruitment marketing initiatives.
Responsibilities%CF; Maintain a consistent daily presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, Pinterest, and emerging platforms
%CF; Plan, film, edit, and publish short-form video (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) covering career advice, hiring trends, and success stories
%CF; Track trending topics, formats, and sounds relevant to recruitment and workplace culture
%CF; Maintain a content calendar, sharing plans 1–2 weeks ahead
%CF; Build monthly content strategies supporting talent acquisition and employer branding
%CF; Cover career fairs, hiring expos, and recruitment events live, with same-day publishing
%CF; Prepare shot lists and interview questions ahead of events
%CF; Capture authentic behind-the-scenes culture and success-story content
%CF; Manage relationships with creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors end-to-end
%CF; Write creative briefs for designers, photographers, and videographers
%CF; Coordinate production schedules and creative delivery
%CF; Monitor and respond to comments/DMs professionally
%CF; Track KPIs (reach, engagement, applications, conversions) and report monthly
%CF; Support the Digital Marketing Lead across website, job boards, email, CRM, and ATS channels
%CF; Serve as point of contact for marketing vendors and agencies
%CF; Maintain brand consistency across digital assets and campaigns

Qualifications%CF; Willingness to travel to career fairs and industry events
%CF; 0–1 year of social media experience, ideally in staffing/HR/professional services
%CF; Demonstrated short-form video creation and editing ability
%CF; Skilled at spotting and producing trend-driven content quickly
%CF; Experience managing influencer/creator partnerships
%CF; Strong creative writing and briefing skills
%CF; Experience directing content production and external teams
%CF; Proficient in CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar
