Family Nurse Practitioner (Mandarin-Speaking)

Position Type: Weekend-Only
A well-established, community-focused outpatient primary care practice in Brooklyn, NY is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Family Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality, culturally competent care on weekends.
This opportunity is ideal for an FNP looking to supplement income, maintain flexibility during the week, or focus on meaningful patient care within a diverse and fast-paced clinical environment.
Position Overview
The Family Nurse Practitioner will deliver comprehensive primary care services to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting. You will work collaboratively with physicians and clinical staff, supported by efficient workflows and strong administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care services across the lifespan
Conduct routine checkups, manage acute conditions, and treat chronic diseases
Provide in-office telemedicine visits as needed
Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams
Educate patients on wellness, preventive care, and disease management
Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans under physician supervision
Order, review, and interpret diagnostic tests, including labs and imaging
Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
Schedule
Weekend-only position
Consistent Saturday and/or Sunday coverage
Compensation & Benefits
$100 per hour

Qualifications
Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) certification
Active New York State license
Fluency in Mandarin (required)
Primary care or family practice experience preferred
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach
Commitment to providing culturally competent care
