Job Description
The Package and Freight Specialist is responsible for processing and delivering packages and freight.
- Participating in the overall operations of the Business Services Center and Package Room
- Maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5-Star rating guidelines
Qualifications
- Minimum of two (2) years experience in a large Resort/Convention hotel
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Knowledge of computer technology and software, manual and electric pallet jacks and forklifts
- Ability to work in a high paced environment while maintaining service standards in accordance with the 5-Star rating guidelines
