What You'll Do

• Assist with quantity takeoffs and material estimates
• Review construction drawings and project specifications
• Support the estimating team with bid preparation and proposals
• Communicate with vendors and subcontractors to obtain pricing
• Help maintain estimating files and project documentation
• Learn industry best practices from experienced estimators
• Grow into managing estimates independently over time

What We're Looking For

• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel experience preferred)
• Construction, engineering, architecture, or estimating education/experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to read construction drawings is a plus
• Eagerness to build a long-term career in commercial construction
