Rate: $50.00 to $60.00/hr. w2

Responsibilities:- Manage full life-cycle recruiting from intake to close, including strategy, sourcing, screening, offer construction, negotiation, and closing.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to AI Engineering leaders and Applied Research Directors with market insights, talent maps, and pipeline analytics.
- Source and engage specialized AI and research talent across traditional and non-traditional channels.
- Deliver a high-touch, inclusive candidate experience that aligns with our client’s culture of innovation and care.
- Design and negotiate competitive, complex offers including equity, compensation structures, and sign-on incentives.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across all sourcing and selection stages.
- 4+ years of full life-cycle recruiting in technology with focus on specialized engineering or scientific roles.
- 2+ years sourcing and closing talent within AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, or Applied Research.
- Proven record competing against top-tier tech companies and research labs to close complex offers.
- Preferred: 5+ years recruiting for generative AI, LLM infrastructure, deep learning frameworks, or advanced AI research.
- Preferred: Understanding of AI ecosystems and skills such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, distributed computing, model optimization, vector databases, and multi-agent systems.
- Preferred: Experience sourcing from top academia, research labs, and conferences.
- Preferred: Skill with talent analytics and ATS tools such as Workday, Greenhouse, or Beamery.
Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate.
