Position Details
Responsible for creating and leading a formal faculty development program including military and contract instructors. Must have knowledge of effective teaching methodologies especially regarding an adult student audience and active learning methods.
Duties
- Thoroughly research teaching methodologies to assist instructors with incorporating effective practices into their instruction
- Observe instructors in class and provide feedback on areas of strength and suggestions for areas to improve/build
- Provide training sessions to instructors and staff on various topics related to education
- Assist instructors in designing active learning modules for their courses
- Expanded duties as program develops

The successful candidate will have 5+ years experience working in a faculty development role, position, or department.
In compliance with Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range for this role $95,000 to $105,000; however, Sigmatech considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, experience, education/training, key skills, location, and often contractual requirements.
This is a contingent position at the time of this posting. Funding is expected NLT 1 Sep 26.
