POSITION SUMMARY
You will manage Kane Brown’s on Broadway, and create memorable dining experiences for our customers, continually improve our quality of service, and help our team reach their full potential.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
•\tProvide leadership focusing on operations, food/service quality, staff development, hospitality, cleanliness, and sales/profitability.
•\tSupervise and coordinate front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders.
•\tTrain new employees in restaurant procedures, customer service standards, and POS systems.
•\tEnsure prompt, friendly, and efficient guest service.
•\tAddress customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
•\tMonitor the dining area for cleanliness, organization, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
•\tOversee table assignments, reservations, and seating to optimize space and ensure timely service.
•\tCoordinate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and prompt delivery of food orders.
•\tMonitor front-of-house supply inventory and place orders as necessary.
•\tMaintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and consistency.
•\tConduct regular inspections of the dining area to ensure cleanliness and adherence to sanitation standards.
•\tAddress service or operational issues promptly and implement corrective measures.
•\tMotivate and inspire the front-of-house team to exceed customer expectations.
•\tFoster a positive work environment characterized by teamwork, respect, and professionalism.
•\tProvide ongoing coaching and feedback to staff for professional development and performance improvement.
•\tMonitor sales performance, analyze trends, and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
•\tControl costs through efficient labor scheduling, inventory management, and waste reduction initiatives.
•\tEnsure proper execution of private events, catering, and banquets.
•\tManage cash handling and recognition procedures in accordance with company policies.
•\tEnsure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21+ years of age.
• Minimum of 2 years of high-volume restaurant or bar/club management experience.
• Sales, promotion and event experience preferred.
• Demonstrates excellent leadership skills and sound business ethics.
• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills.
• Must be self-motivated and guest focused.
• Excellent organizational/time management skills.
• Results driven and able to meet deadlines.
• Familiar with touch screen POS systems including backend reports.
• Well versed in Inventory management and troubleshooting including food and beverage.
• Food safe certification and responsible alcohol training

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

•\tManual Dexterity: Proficiency in handling small tasks such as managing POS systems, handling paperwork, or assisting with guest service.
•\tGood Vision and Hearing: Essential for observing the dining area, monitoring service quality, and communicating effectively with staff and guests.
•\tTolerating Stressful Environments: While not purely physical, the ability to maintain composure and handle fast-paced, high-pressure situations is crucial.
•\tFlexibility: Ability to bend, kneel, or reach when necessary, such as adjusting seating arrangements or resolving issues in various areas.
