You step into a person's home at a time when they want to stay independent - and you help them do just that.It starts with the first visit - where trust is built and the standard is set.Position OverviewWe are hiring a Field Supervisor / Lead Caregiver – First Visit Specialist to lead new client starts, introduce caregivers into the home, and support ongoing services in the field.This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll guide caregivers, set expectations, and step in to provide support when needed to ensure every client experience starts strong and stays consistent. Must have community care program experience and understanding.
