Requirements

• Speak with motivated property sellers and build rapport quickly

• Quick thinker with solid negotiation abilities
• Detail-oriented with consistent follow-up habits
• Must live within 45 minutes of Salisbury, MD
• Real estate or light construction experience is a plus, not required

Benefits

• Base Salary of $36,000 + Commission
• Total compensation potential $100,000-$125,000
