ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Insurance Account Representative, you'll be the approachable face and voice for our customers, guiding them through their insurance needs with ease and confidence. In this role, you'll reach out to both existing and potential customers promoting our products and services and play a key part in our team's success—all while enjoying a relaxed and friendly work environment. This is a part-time sales position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads and target lists.
• Meet sales and marketing goals as directed by the agent.
• Present and promote our products/services to potential customers, emphasizing their benefits and value.
• Goal oriented - highly motivated and resourceful to achieve results.
• Consistently improve product knowledge and remain updated on industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Property & Casualty Insurance license. (must be able to obtain)
• Life & Heal Insurance license (must be able to obtain)
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
• Sales Experience.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Compelling and self-assured in delivering sales presentations.
• Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows.
• Positive, pleasant, outgoing and caring personality.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Selected candidate is expected to remain current in product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education
