Assignment Details

Compensation: Hourly Rate - $430/hr, Overtime - $560/hr, Holiday - $645/hr, 24-Hour Call - $4265 per 24 hours, Night Call - $860/shift, Call Back - $535/hr.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• 8-hour daytime shifts

• Clinic and on-call responsibilities during the day

• Night call required

• Weekend call required

• 4 hours gratis for all call

Clinical Responsibilities

• Orthopedic Surgery coverage

• Hospital and clinic coverage

• Inpatient rounding

• Admissions

• Orthopedic trauma within scope of privileges

• Provider will work independently/solo

Patient Volume

• Hospital: Approximately 2 patients per day

• Clinic: Approximately 12–20 patients per day

• Patient Population: Adults and Pediatrics

Requirements

• Active Oregon license required at time of presentation

• BLS required

• Recent Epic experience required – must have used Epic within the last 6 months

• Must be comfortable working independently

• Must be able to perform orthopedic trauma procedures within requested privileges

• Clean malpractice/background strongly prioritized

Case Log Requirements

• Clinical activity within the previous 24 months required

• Must provide a case list documenting at least 100 patients

• Case list must represent the scope and complexity of privileges requested

• Must include diagnosis or procedure

• Must include date of service

• Must include facility where performed

Additional Information

• Client is prioritizing candidates with clean files and no malpractice

• SSN and DOB will be required at time of offer to process credentialing promptly
