Mechanical Superintendent
Area: Houston, TX (Relocating to Alamogordo, NM Project Site)
Shift: Field-Based, Rotation Schedule
Job Summary:
- Supervise and direct field crews, subcontractors, and supporting functions (Safety, QA/QC, Project Controls, Logistics) for the mechanical scope of a utility-scale renewable energy construction project
- Ensure construction operations are performed safely and in accordance with OSHA requirements, project specifications, and QA/QC standards
- Manage work within project budget and schedule
- Report to the General Superintendent/Construction Manager daily
- Read plans, interpret specifications, and make operational field decisions
- Use Procore or similar construction management platforms to track project progress
