RN Supervisor – Weekend Shift
Location: Pinehurst, NC
Sign-On Bonus: $5,000

The Greens at Pinehurst is seeking a skilled and dependable Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to lead our weekend team. This leadership role is ideal for a nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality care while supporting and guiding clinical staff in a fast-paced long-term care environment.

As the RN Supervisor, you will oversee clinical operations during your assigned shifts, ensuring safe, effective, and compliant resident care. You will serve as a key leader, supporting nursing staff and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to drive positive outcomes.

• Provide direct nursing care, including medication administration, assessments, wound care, and documentation

• Supervise and support Nursing Assistants and nursing staff during weekend shifts

• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the care team

• Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies, and regulatory requirements

• Collaborate with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure quality care and outcomes

• Active, unencumbered RN license in North Carolina

• Current CPR certification

• Minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience required

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program

• Strong knowledge of nursing practices and long-term care regulations

• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

• Ability to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple responsibilities

• Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, and team members

• $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid out over the first year)
