About the Role:
As a Compassionate In-Home Caregiver in Waterloo, New York, with Olive Branch Home Care, you will:
Provide companionship and social support to clients, engaging in activities such as conversations, games, and hobbies
Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care, meal preparation, and light housekeeping
Support clients with daily routines, such as medication reminders and appointment scheduling
Build strong relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment
Adhere to our agency's mission and values, upholding the highest standards of integrity, intentional listening, and respect for every life
Requirements:
Compassionate and empathetic individual with a strong desire to make a positive impact in the lives of others
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to agency policies and procedures
Reliable transportation and willingness to drive clients to appointments and outings
