Outside Sales Representative - Hardscape

Experience Required

3+ years of outside sales experience (home improvement, landscaping, or construction preferred). Hardscape experience is required.

Coastal Paver Creations is a family-owned, family-oriented company specializing in paver driveways, patios, pool deck remodels, retaining walls, and outdoor living spaces. We're looking for an experienced Outside Sales Representative who understands hardscape materials, installation methods, and how to accurately measure, estimate, and sell residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with company-provided leads.
• Prospect for new business through networking and referrals.
• Measure projects and prepare accurate estimates.
• Recommend hardscape solutions based on customer needs.
• Close residential projects and follow up on proposals.
• Maintain CRM records and coordinate project handoffs with operations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Hardscape knowledge and estimating experience required.
• Proven ability to close high-ticket residential projects.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

• $40,000 annual base salary
• 5% commission on closed sales
