Warehouse Forklift Operator

(Forklift: Reach, sit-down, OP/cherry picker/order picker)

Location: Mooresville, IN
Pay: $17.50/hour ($19 after 90 days temp-to-hire)
Shift: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Overtime: Available as needed

PeopleLink Staffing is hiring an experienced Warehouse Forklift Operator for a growing warehouse in Mooresville, IN. We're looking for dependable candidates with warehouse and forklift experience who are ready to grow with a company that offers the opportunity for permanent hire.

• Operate sit-down forklifts and reach trucks safely and efficiently
• Use RF scan guns to pick, move, and track inventory
• Receive, store, and ship products accurately
• Work within a Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Perform basic computer tasks, including data entry using Excel
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned

• Previous sit-down forklift experience (required)
• Previous reach truck experience (required)
• Experience using RF scanners (required)
• Experience with WMS, computers, and Microsoft Excel
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply

• Willing to work overtime as needed
• Interested in transitioning into a full-time, permanent position

• $17.50 per hour
