Salary plus commissions (6 figure opportunity) and benefits

Hours: Monday – Friday - 7:30-5:30 or 8am-6pm

Location: Warren, MI (100% in office)

Our client is seeking a Recruiter for their Warren, MI headquarters. They are seeking an aggressive, forward thinking and highly motivated candidate to work in a fast-paced environment. Duties include, but are not limited to:

• Full life cycle recruiting within a given region.
• Reviewing applications and qualifying candidates.
• Sourcing, screening and conducting interviews.
• Maintaining an outbound calls to potential candidates
• Internal Data Maintenance utilizing the company’s HRIS and ATS.
• Daily administrative functions as needed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• High aptitude for technology, strong skill sets with Microsoft applications
• Strong detail orientation and self-motivation
• Must possess effective communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
