We're growing our Worksite Benefits team and are looking for professionals who take pride in serving others, communicate with confidence, and follow through on their commitments.

Previous insurance experience isn't required. What matters is your ability to build trust, learn quickly, and represent our clients and agency with professionalism.

Every specialist begins with structured onboarding, licensing support, mentorship, and ongoing coaching designed to build the knowledge and confidence required to succeed.

The RoleAs a Worksite Benefits Enrollment Specialist, you'll meet directly with employees during scheduled enrollment periods, answer questions about available benefits, and guide them through the enrollment process.

You'll become a trusted resource by helping people understand important decisions that affect themselves and their families.

Primary Responsibilities


  • Conduct one-on-one enrollment meetings with employees.

  • Learn about each individual's benefit priorities.

  • Explain life and supplemental health benefit options clearly and professionally.

  • Complete enrollment applications accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain organized client documentation.

  • Follow up to ensure a smooth enrollment experience.

  • Build long-term relationships through responsive client service.

  • Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development.

Previous insurance experience isn't required.

A college degree isn't required.

Applicants should be able to reliably commute to Northport or Meridian and travel locally to scheduled client worksites.

Performance ExpectationsSuccess is measured through consistent execution and client service.

Performance is evaluated through:

CompensationThis is a 1099 independent contractor position with performance-based compensation.

First-year earning potential: $50,000–$120,000+, based on production and client retention.
