As a Horticulture Leader, you’ll lead a team in maintaining and improving high-end residential and commercial properties. What You’ll Do:

• Lead a team of horticulture crew members in the maintenance of landscapes
• Ensure proper plant care, pruning, fertilization, and seasonal tasks are performed to the highest standards
• Identify plant health issues and implement appropriate treatments or solutions
• Safely operate and transport equipment, tools, and materials using trucks and trailers
• Maintain job site organization, cleanliness, and safety at all times
• Communicate with the office and clients as needed to ensure expectations are met

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of plant care, landscape maintenance, and seasonal horticulture practices
• Hands-on experience with pruning, fertilization, and proper installation techniques
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team
• Clean driving record and ability to safely haul trailers
• Dependable, organized, and able to work efficiently outdoors in all weather conditions
