MEMCO is immediately hiring Drywall Foremen in Nashville!

Full-Time; OT available

M-F 6/7am-2:30/3:30pm

Pay: $28-$32/hr

Job Overview:

We are hiring Drywall Foremen for commercial projects. This role requires knowledge of all drywall phases, from installation to finishing, with a focus on precision and quality.

Responsibilities:

• Measure, cut, and install drywall panels
• Patch, tape, sand, and finish seams and joints
• Apply textures and finishes as needed
• Ensure work meets building codes and safety standards
• Collaborate with teams to meet project deadlines.

Requirements:

• MIN 5yrs of experience with all phases of commercial drywall, stilts, metal stud framing, etc
• Experience managing production schedules and meeting project deadlines
• Experience coordinating with superintendents, project managers, and other trades
• Strong understanding of OSHA and construction safety
• Ability to supervise and coordinate crews
• Must have basic hand tools
• Must have valid driver's license and be able to pass an MVR check
• Must be able to pass a 10-panel pre-employment drug test
• Steel-toe boots and full PPE required

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry 50+ lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb throughout the workday
• Comfortable working from ladders, scaffolds, stilts, and lifts
• Able to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather condition
