We are seeking a Legal Assistant to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorney and hearing representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Answer calls, gives updates to clients
- Handle heavy case load
- Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
- File documents via EAMS
- Meet with walk in clients
- send correspondence via mail and email
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a paralegal or in worker’s compensation
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Bilingual English and Spanish
- Pay based on experience
