In Store Sales Generator

We are seeking an enthusiastic In-Store Sales Generator to represent our home improvement company inside BJs Wholesale Club. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys engaging with people , building relationships, and creating opportunities that lead to exceptional customer experiences.

What you'll do:

• Proactively engage BJs members in a friendly professional manner.
• Introduce homeowners to our premium home improvement solutions: roofing, windows, doors, siding, and cabinets.
• Educate members on our products , promotions and services.
• Schedule in-home consultations with confirmed club members.
• Maintain a positive and inviting presence throughout your shift.
• Meet and exceed appointment -setting goals.
• Accurately record customer information and appointment details .
• Represent the company with professionalism , integrity and enthusiasm .

Compensation & Benefiits

• $17/hour
• Commission paid for every qualified appointment that results in a confirmed BJs member consultation
