Laundromat Attendant-Customer Service

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Take orders and process payments using a POS system
• Perform wash, dry, fold, and ironing services
• Assist self-service customers with machines and questions
• Keep the laundromat clean, organized and welcoming
• Perform routine maintenance tasks

What We're Looking For

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting laundry bags
• Willing to learn POS systems and procedures
• Previous customer service or laundry experience is a plus
• Strong attention to detail
