Customer Service Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our agency team. As the first point of contact for our office, you will deliver exceptional service to current and prospective clients, provide administrative support to our licensed insurance agents, and handle daily office operations.

No insurance license is required to start. We provide on-the-job training and will sponsor and guide the right candidate to obtain their professional insurance license to advance their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care & Greeting: Warmly welcome clients and visitors as they arrive at the office, creating an inviting and professional environment.
• Phone & Call Management: Answer incoming calls, field customer inquiries, route calls to appropriate team members, and take accurate messages.
• Service & Support: Assist policyholders with policy updates, basic service requests, taking payments, and providing general account assistance.
• Agent Assistance: Partner directly with licensed agents by organizing files, preparing client documentation, scheduling appointments, and following up on pending tasks.
• Computer & Administrative Work: Input client data into management systems, manage emails, process digital correspondence, and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in customer service, retail, administrative, or office roles preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a welcoming, professional phone manner.
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, email, and basic database management.
• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and a goal-oriented mindset toward getting licensed.
