Experienced Flooring Installation Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flooring Installation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a experience in flooring installation and accurate measuring and cutting skills. They will be ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This position involves working in residential and commercial spaces, where you will be responsible for the installation of different types of flooring materials.

Responsibilities

• Measure and cut flooring materials to fit specific areas accurately.
• Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, tile, and carpet.
• Prepare surfaces for installation by cleaning and leveling as needed.
• Ensure the highest quality of work is delivered.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area on the construction site.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Flooring Installer or in a similar role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team on job sites.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy materials.
• Valid driver's license required for travel in company vehicle between job sites.
