Inside Sales Specialist - Pumps & Parts

StaffUp is seeking a Parts Sales Specialist to assist a large Pump Manufactured based in Duncanville, TX.

Pay: $24/Hourly

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8AM-4:30 (30Min Lunch)

What You'll Do

• Troubleshoot customer issues and identify needed parts, pumps, motors, and electrical components.
• Manage and coordinate warranty claims.
• Work with vendors and Purchasing to find availability, pricing, and quick-ship options for urgent orders.
• Review pump curves and help customers select the right pump for their application.
• Provide customers with order and shipment updates.
• Quote and process parts and pump orders.
• Create bills of material and coordinate orders with Engineering, Scheduling, Purchasing, and Shipping.
• Help Sales with pricing and sourcing hard-to-find parts.
• Work with vendors to obtain quotes and set up new part numbers.

What We're Looking For

• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
• Comfortable learning and working with pumps, mechanical equipment, motors, and electrical components.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to understand technical information, drawings, and pump curves.
• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 4–10 years of related experience.
• Experience with industrial equipment, pumps, parts, applications, or technical customer service is a plus.
• SAP, Microsoft Office, or Infor LN experience is helpful.

Work Environment

Primarily an office/customer-service environment with occasional exposure to a manufacturing environment. Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
