Counter Sales Rep / Inside Sales - Wholesale Plumbing Supply Company

Flink Supply Company is a Denver based, family owned wholesale plumbing supply distributor serving commercial contractors, retail customers, and the trade. We're looking for a sharp, customer-focused Counter Sales Rep to join our inside sales team. The ideal candidate is someone who knows the industry, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in customer satisfaction.

Our Counter Team's duties vary including but not limited to:

• Handle phone, email and in-person sales
• Identify customer needs and provide accurate product recommendations
• Process and manage sales orders from start to finish
• Assist with inventory control and place purchase orders as needed
• A reliable resource for contractors and customers on parts ID and product selection

Qualifications:

• Comprehensive product and industry knowledge.
• 1-3yrs previous work experience; plumbing, warehouse and counter experience preferred.
• Sales/customer service experience.
• Outstanding customer service.
• Plumbing and heating industry experience preferred.
• Great people and communication skills.

Physical Demands:

Occasional carrying/moving over 75 lbs
