We are a growing, well-established low voltage and fire alarm company based in Brooklyn, NY, providing installation, service, maintenance, and inspections throughout the New York Tri-State area. Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and service fire alarm and low voltage systems.
- Perform preventive maintenance and system inspections.
- Program and test fire alarm systems when required.
- Service access control, CCTV, intercom, nurse call, and other low voltage systems (experience is a plus).
- Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Complete service reports accurately and on time.
- Communicate professionally with customers and explain service findings.
- Ensure all work complies with applicable codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards.
- Coordinate with office staff and project managers regarding service calls.
- Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in good condition.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience servicing fire alarm and/or low voltage systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of access control, CCTV, intercom, structured cabling, and related systems is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Quick learner with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Organized, dependable, and punctual.
- Ability to prioritize multiple service calls.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, and work in various environments.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- OSHA 30, or manufacturer certifications are a plus, but not required.

Schedule
- Full-Time
- Monday–Friday
- Overtime available
- Occasional emergency or after-hours service may be required
